1 Dies after Anaheim Pedestrian Accident on Beach Boulevard
Anaheim, California (May 28, 2020) – One person was killed in an auto-pedestrian accident on Wednesday night in Anaheim, police said.
At about 10:30 p.m., on May 27, the Anaheim Police Department responded to the deadly crash on Beach Boulevard between Orange Avenue and Ball Road.
As per the police report, a pedestrian was struck by a car on the roadway for unknown reasons. The factors that contributed to the crash are yet to be established.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Traffic on Beach Boulevard between Orange Avenue and Ball Road was stopped for an unknown period following the accident.
The involved driver remained at the scene and was cooperative, the police said.
More details about the collision were not immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
