Man Hospitalized after Irwindale Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 605 near Live Oak Avenue
Irwindale, California (May 2, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and seriously injured by a vehicle early Friday morning in Irwindale, according to California Highway Patrol.
The pedestrian, whose name was not immediately disclosed, was running across Interstate 605 just south of Live Oak Avenue at about 12:13 a.m. May 1, when a black Nissan struck him.
The male pedestrian was transported to a hospital with serious injuries. His name and current condition were not immediately provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
