1 Killed, 2 Hurt in Long Beach Car Accident at Santa Fe Avenue and Hill Street
Long Beach, California (May 11, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed a pedestrian and injured two other people on Monday evening in West Long Beach.
At about 6:45 p.m., on May 11, the officials responded to the crash at Santa Fe Avenue and Hill Street.
A minivan and an unspecified vehicle collided on the roadway. A pedestrian was also struck in the accident.
The pedestrian, a woman in her 30s, was declared dead at the scene.
Two other victims from both vehicles were hospitalized for treatment. One of the patients, a male in his late 20s or early 30s, was listed in critical condition.
More details about the crash were not immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
