27-Year-Old Charles Wiley Killed in Lake Elsinore Pedestrian Crash on Camino Del Norte
Lake Elsinore, California (March 5, 2020) – The Riverside County Sheriff Lake Elsinore station is investigating the cause of a fatal pedestrian collision that occurred in the area of Lake Elsinore at about 3:14 a.m. Monday.
27-Year-old Charles Wiley was struck and killed by a vehicle in the 18800 block of Camino Del Norte, just north of Ohana Street early on Monday morning.
The circumstances that lead to the collision were not immediately disclosed at the time of the report.
The involved motorist stopped after hitting Wiley.
Limited details about the crash have been released to this time.
Detectives did not believe drugs nor alcohol were factors in the crash. The investigation is underway.
