1 Seriously Injured in Central Fresno Motorcycle Accident at West Avenue and Dakota Avenue
Central Fresno, California (March 18, 2020) – One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash on Tuesday night in Central Fresno, according to police.
The motorcycle crash occurred at about 6:00 p.m., on March 17, on West Avenue and Dakota Avenue.
A white BMW made a westbound turn from Dakota Avenue to northbound of West Avenue. The BMW, for unknown reasons, then collided with a motorcycle at the intersection, according to the police.
Responding paramedics aided the rider before transporting him to Community Regional Medical Center in a critical condition.
The rider’s identity was not disclosed at the time.
The involved driver stopped at the scene and was cooperative, according to the authorities.
Drugs or alcohol were not considered a factor in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
