Car and Box Truck Involved in Gardena Crash at Avalon and Compton Boulevards
Gardena, California (March 21, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a two-vehicle crash that took place at the intersection of South Avalon and East Compton boulevards in Gardena at approximately 7:42 p.m. Thursday.
One person was possibly hurt after a white Honda Civic collided with a white box truck at the intersection, near the Roy Campanella Park Thursday evening.
The Honda Civic acquired major front-end damage while the box truck had moderate front-end damage upon the impact.
Paramedics, along with Los Angeles County Fire Department, arrived at the crash site and rendered aid to the injured victim.
The identity and the current condition of the patient have not yet been released to this time.
The CHP is investigating to identify the cause of the accident.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
