Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Pickup Truck at Hughes and Weber Avenues in Fresno ID’d as Anthony Choza
Fresno, California (March 19, 2020) – The Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner has released the name of the Fresno Victim, who died following a pedestrian accident that happened at Hughes and Weber avenues at approximately 3:40 a.m. Thursday
As per the Long Beach Police Department report, 32-year-old Anthony Choza was walking at the intersection when he was struck by a white pickup truck for unknown reasons.
Paramedics responded at the crash site and declared Choza dead.
The involved driver stopped after hitting Choza and cooperated with the investigation.
Hughes Avenue was closed down for an unknown time.
More details about the accident will be released immediately after the completion of the investigation.
