Rachel Hibbert Arrested, Woman Killed in San Bernardino Accident on Tippecanoe Avenue and 3rd Street
According to the report, a 2018 GMC Sierra, driven by Hibbert, was traveling north on Tippecanoe Avenue when she went through a red light and crashed onto a Kia Soul that was traveling west along 3rd Street.
Paramedics arrived at the scene where they transported the female driver of the Kia to the hospital with severe. The driver succumbed to her injuries in the hospital a short time later.
The identity of the deceased was not disclosed.
Hibbert was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
No other injuries were reported in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
