1 Seriously Injured in San Leandro Motorcycle Accident on 164th Avenue and Gordon Way
San Leandro, California (March 13, 2020) – One person was hospitalized after a crash involving a motorcycle and two other cars on Thursday morning in San Leandro, according to the CHP.
The police responded to the crash at about 5:38 a.m., at the intersection of 164th Avenue at Gordon Way. Upon their arrival, they found a motorcycle and a female rider underneath a vehicle.
A sports motorbike, operated by the female, collided with two other cars. The circumstances that led to the crash are yet to be established, according to the police.
One person was hospitalized with significant injuries sustained from the crash.
The involved motorcycle was towed away from the crash site.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
“Far too many motorcycle collisions are caused by the carelessness or recklessness of other motorists. Sadly, when this occurs, motorcyclists are the ones who tend to suffer the vast majority of injuries”, according to Arin Khodaverdian, Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group.
