Fatal Loomis Motorcycle Accident on El Monte Drive, June 20
Loomis, California (June 22, 2020) – A motorcycle accident that happened on El Monte Drive in Loomis at approximately 5:20 p.m. resulted in the death of one person.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, a Yuba City man was riding his motorcycle northbound on El Monte Drive when he slammed into the side a northbound vehicle Saturday evening, June 20.
The motorcyclist died at an area hospital while undergoing treatment. Pending notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
The involved motorist, a female party, stopped after hitting the rider and cooperated with the authorities’ investigation.
Neither drugs nor alcohol were suspected factors in the accident. An investigation into the crash is underway.
