Coroner ID’d Man Killed in Santa Ana Motorcycle Crash on Euclid Street as Phucdai Nguyen
Santa Ana, California (June 15, 2020) – Authorities have released the name of the Westminster man who died following a motorcycle accident on Euclid Street in Santa Ana at approximately 8:50 p.m. on June 13.
According to a local news source, 27-year-old Phucdai Nguyen crashed with a truck while riding his motorbike southbound in the 1200 block of North Euclid Street Saturday night.
The truck was reportedly crossing southbound lanes of Euclid from a driveway at the time of the collision.
The motorist of the involved vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
Nguyen sustained visible head trauma injuries and was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
Neither drugs nor alcohol were suspected factors in the accident. An investigation into the crash is underway.
