Fatal Cajon Pass Head-On Accident on Highway 138 near Fern Cove Drive, Saturday Morning
Cajon Pass, California (June 13, 2020) – Two unidentified victims died after a small white delivery truck, and a green 4-door sedan crashed head-on along the highway west of the Interstate 15 freeway in Cajon Pass at approximately 7:00 a.m. Saturday.
The manner in which the accident occurred near Fern Cove Drive Saturday morning was not immediately established at the time of the report.
Officials said the truck rolled over after the mishap and caught fire. First responders arrived at the scene and managed to put off the fire.
Meanwhile, the deceased were riding in each of the two involved cars at the collision's time.
The fatal accident remains under an active investigation.
