Norris Lucky ID’d as Man Killed in Watts Pedestrian Accident at 112th Street and Central Avenue

Los Angeles, California (January 8, 2020) – Authorities have identified the homeless man who was struck and killed by multiple vehicles Monday morning in the Watts neighborhood of South Los Angeles as Norris Lucky, 32.

The fatal pedestrian accident took place at around 4:00 a.m. Monday, January 6 at the intersection of 112th Street and Central Avenue.

Authorities said Lucky was in the middle of the street at the intersection when he was hit by a first vehicle. He was then struck by several other vehicles. 

Lucky was declared deceased at the scene by the authorities.

The driver of the first vehicle stopped at the scene and cooperated with authorities. The other motorists did not stop and fled the scene.
