Minor Injuries Reported in Sacramento Car Accident at Elverta and Walerga Roads
Sacramento, California (January 28, 2020) – Minor injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash in North Sacramento Friday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at around 10:13 p.m. Friday, January 17 at the intersection of Elverta Road and Walerga Road.
The CHP said a black BMW collided with a gray Acura TL for an unknown reason at the Sacramento intersection.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to the parties involved. The injuries were considered minor.
The accident remains under investigation.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
