CHP Investigating Carmichael Motorcycle Accident at Marconi and Walnut Avenues
Carmichael, California (January 30, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a white Ford F-25 pickup truck in Carmichael last week on Friday morning.
The minor-injury accident was reported at about 11:06 a.m. on January 24 at the intersection of Marconi and Walnut avenues.
The CHP did not disclose the circumstances that lead to the collision. Details regarding the involved motorist were not released at the time of the report.
Paramedics responded to the crash site and rendered aid to the rider who suffered minor injuries.
The identity and the current condition of the injured party remain unknown to this time.
The northbound lanes of the highway were closed down as police conducted the investigation.
The accident remains under an active investigation.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
