At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Redding Truck Accident on Highway 44 at Emigrant Trail
Redding, California (January 30, 2020) – At least one person was seriously injured last week Tuesday in a traffic accident in Redding, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck took place at around 4:07 p.m. Tuesday, January 21 on Highway 44 at Emigrant Trail.
The CHP said a UPS truck collided with a black SUV on Highway 44.
Paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to at least one person who sustained serious injuries in the crash. The name and condition of the patient were not immediately disclosed.
Details of what led up to the crash at this time are unknown.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
