Louis Santana Fatal Victorville Pedestrian Accident on Palmdale Road near Borego Road
Victorville, California (January 27, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol has released the name of the victim who was killed in a pedestrian accident in the area of Victorville at approximately 6:49 p.m. on Friday.
The collision took place on January 24, along Palmdale Road near Borego Road.
The accident involved a Chevrolet Tahoe traveling eastbound and 37-year-old Louis Santana of Riverside who was walking in the area.
The manner in which the collision occurred was not immediately disclosed at the time of the report.
The operator of the involved vehicle stopped after hitting Santana and cooperated with the law.
Officials said Santana sustained major injuries following the wreck. Santana died at a local hospital where he was admitted after the crash.
The accident remains under an active investigation.
