According to the police, Bryant was running across the street to get food for his family when she was struck by a vehicle on the third lane. The impact of the crash pushed Bryant into the middle lane, where she was struck by a second vehicle.
Bryant was reportedly not walking on the marked crosswalk.
Bryant was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the first vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the police. The driver of the second vehicle fled the scene of the crash.
