Justin Wilkinson ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Fairfield Crash on Waterman Boulevard
Fairfield, California (January 21, 2020) – The motorcyclist who was killed Sunday afternoon in a traffic accident in Fairfield has been identified as Justin Wilkinson, 30, of Fairfield.
The deadly crash happened at around 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 19 on Waterman Boulevard, over Interstate 80 at the eastbound ramp.
Authorities said Wilkinson was riding his motorcycle on Waterman Boulevard when for an unknown reason, he collided with an SUV.
Wilkinson was transported to a hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the SUV, only identified as a 63-year-old Fairfield man, stopped at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
Alcohol or drugs were not considered a factor in the accident.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
