San Pablo Car Accident on 80 Freeway Sent At Least 1 to Hospital
San Pablo, California (January 28, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a traffic accident that involved two vehicles in the area of San Pablo at about 9:09 a.m. on Tuesday.
The crash occurred in the eastbound lanes of 80 Freeway just west of San Pablo Dam Road off-ramp.
The circumstances that lead to the collision of the two vehicles were not immediately disclosed at the time of the report. Due to the impact, the vehicles slammed into a concrete wall on the right-hand shoulder.
At least one person suffered a possible broken leg and complained of back pain after the wreck. The victim was taken to John Muir health for medication.
The CHP is still investigating the cause of the accident.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
