Santa Clarita Car Crash on Highway 14 near Sierra Highway Resulted in Death of Teenager
Newhall, California (January 23, 2020) – A 19-year-old driver from Santa Ana was killed in a traffic collision that happened in the area of Santa Clarita at about 1:04 a.m. early Thursday morning.
The fatal accident involving a parked big rig happened on Highway 14 near Sierra Highway.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, a white Honda sedan driven by the teen driver slammed into the rear of a parked Volvo big rig for unknown reasons.
The teen was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.
More details regarding the wreck will be released immediately after the CHP completes the investigation.
