Redwood City, California (January 1, 2020) – At least one person was injured Tuesday night in a three-vehicle crash in Redwood City, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.

The accident occurred shortly after 10:04 p.m. Tuesday, December 31 on Highway 101 at Ellit Street off-ramp.

Three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the northbound lanes of Highway 101 at Ellit Street exit, the CHP report states. Two of the involved vehicles were described as a Honda Civic and a flatbed truck.

At least one person was hurt as a result of the crash.

Further details about the crash were not immediately given.

The accident remains under investigation.
