4 Injured in Woodland Hills Fentanyl Powder Exposure Accident on West Ventura Boulevard
Los Angeles, California (January 1, 2020) – Four people were hospitalized after being exposed to a fentanyl powder at a hotel room in Woodland Hills Tuesday morning, according to a local news source,
The incident was reported at around 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, December 31 at an Extended Stay hotel in the 20000 block of West Ventura Boulevard.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and cordoned off the room. The hazardous materials squad decontaminated the scene.
Four people were transported to a hospital, where one of them was listed in grave condition. Three other patients were in fair condition.
The names of the patients at this time were not disclosed.
The incident remains under investigation.
