Three Injured in Major Upland Car Crash on 210 Freeway and Mountain Avenue
Upland, California (January 30, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash that sent three people to hospital on Wednesday evening in Upland.
The California Highway Patrol responded to an accident on 210 Freeway, westbound of Mountain Avenue.
On January 29, at about 6:27 p.m., two vehicles were reported to have collided. More details about how the collision happened were not available.
Three persons were transported to Pomona Valley Hospital for treatment. One of them sustained serious injuries while the two others complained of chest pain and left arm pain respectively.
The accident delayed traffic on lanes 3 and 4.
The cars were cleared from the scene by tow trucks.
The accident remains under investigation.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
