Woman Suffers Major Injuries in Santa Rosa Crash at Highway 12 and Boas Drive
Santa Rosa, California (February 3, 2020) – A woman was seriously injured Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash at an intersection in Santa Rosa, according to a local news source.
The accident took place shortly after 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 2 at the intersection of Highway 12 and Boas Drive.
As per the report, a four-door sedan and a dark-colored SUV collided at Highway 12 and Boas Drive for undetermined reasons.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated the woman driving the sedan from the wreckage. She was then transported to a hospital with major injuries.
There were no passengers in either vehicle, authorities said.
Alcohol or drugs were not considered a factor in the crash.
Westbound Highway 12 was temporarily shut down as a result of the crash.
Further details about the accident were not immediately provided. The wreck remains under investigation.
