Woman Dies after Westminster Pedestrian Accident at McFadden Avenue and Beach Boulevard
Westminster, California (February 10, 2020) – A woman died after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday evening in Westminster, according to the CHP.
The crash happened at about 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 9 at the intersection of McFadden Avenue and Beach Boulevard.
The authorities said the woman was walking across the street when she was struck by a vehicle that was heading northbound on Beach Boulevard.
The woman was declared dead at the scene. Her name has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with the police.
It is undetermined whether drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
More details were not available.
The crash remains under investigation.
