Minor Injury Walnut Creek Car Crash at Treat Boulevard and Buskirk Avenue
Walnut Creek, California (February 1, 2020) – On Friday night, at least one person was injured after being involved in a two-vehicle crash near Interstate 680 Freeway in Walnut Creek, according to authorities.
The CHP officials said a black Mitsubishi SUV and a white-colored sedan collided at the intersection of Treat Boulevard and Buskirk Avenue, on January 31.
At least one person sustained minor injuries and was aided by paramedics at the scene.
The SUV involved in the crash was damaged on the left side and had a broken front axle.
The police closed the roadway for a short time.
An investigation is underway.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
