Person Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries in Phelan Pedestrian Accident at Phelan and Sheep Creek Roads
Phelan, California (February 7, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and seriously injured by a vehicle Thursday night at an intersection in Phelan, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The accident took place at around 8:10 p.m. Thursday, February 6 at the intersection of Phelan and Sheep Creek Roads.
As per the CHP report, the pedestrian was hit by a 2015 BMW at the Phelan intersection.
Firefighters responded to the scene and found the pedestrian suffering from life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash. The patient was airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in serious condition.
No other details about the crash were immediately given.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
