Person Injured in University City Pedestrian Accident at La Jolla Village Drive Genesee Avenue
University City, California (February 26, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and injured by a motorcycle in University City Tuesday evening, according to a local news source.
The accident took place at about 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, February 25 at the intersection of La Jolla Village Drive and Genesee Avenue.
Authorities said the pedestrian was at the University City intersection when they were hit by a motorcycle.
The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital. The name and condition of the victim at this time were not disclosed.
The motorcyclist stopped at the scene after the accident.
The accident remains under investigation.
