Truck accident cases tend to be more complicated as compared to other cases such as car accidents and motorcycle accidents. Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, who is also an experienced truck accident lawyer, says, “When a truck accident occurs, it may seem obvious at first that the truck driver is at fault. However, while the truck driver may be responsible, at least partially, for the accident, other parties may also be liable for the truck crash”. Some of these parties are the trucking company, the person/company responsible for the truck maintenance, the person/company that owns or leases the truck, a third-party driver, and the manufacture of the defective vehicle part,” Arvin explained.
