Man Killed in Lodi Pedestrian Accident on West Lodi Avenue
Lodi, California (February 3, 2020) – A man was struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday evening in Lodi, police said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 6:10 p.m. Sunday, February 2 in the 800 block of West Lodi Avenue.
According to the police, the man was on the roadway when he was struck by a vehicle.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
It is undetermined if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
Police closed the road in the area during the investigation.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
