CHP Investigating Fresno Multi-Vehicle Crash on 880 Freeway near Auto Mall Parkway On-Ramp
Fresno, California (February 6, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a multi-vehicle collision that happened in the area of Fresno at approximately 8:47 a.m. on Thursday.
The major injury crash took place in the morning hours on southbound 880 Freeway, just north of Auto Mall Parkway.
As per the report, the accident involved two cars and a motorcycle that collided on the highway for undisclosed reasons.
Officials requested a tow truck to remove the motorcycle away from the crash site.
The wreck resulted in major injuries to an unspecified number of victims. All the patients were rushed to an area hospital for medication.
Meanwhile, the highway’s Nos. 1 and 2 lanes were shut down for an unknown time.
The CHP is still investigating the cause of the accident.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
