Valley Center Car Crash near Old Castle and Lilac Roads Sent 1 to Hospital
Valley Center, California (February 7, 2020) – A fiery traffic accident that happened in the area of Valley Center at about 6:05 p.m. on Thursday sent one person to the hospital.
According to a California Highway Patrol report, the major injury crash involving a small pickup truck and a car took place near the intersection of Old Castle and Lilac roads
The circumstances that lead to the collision of the two vehicles were not immediately disclosed at the time of the report. The small pickup truck reportedly caught fire upon the impact.
One person sustained major injuries in the crash. The victim was attended to by firefighters along with paramedics and then transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
The cause of the accident remains under an active investigation.
