46-Year-Old Kostadin Biserinkov Suffers Major Injuries in Crescent City Car Accident on Highway 199
Crescent City, California (February 5, 2020) – Kostadin Biserinkov, 46, of Cave Junction, Oregon was among three people hospitalized Monday evening with major injuries after a two-vehicle crash in Crescent City, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
At around 8:33 p.m. Monday, February 3, the officers received a report of the accident between the 9460 to 9513 block of Highway 199.
A gray 2015 Honda heading north on Highway 199 drifted across the centerline and struck a southbound 1997 Toyota head-on.
One person was trapped inside their vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters.
Biserinkov was the driver of the Honda. Biserinkov and both occupants of the Toyota were transported to the hospital for treatment of major injuries.
The CHP said alcohol and drugs were not believed to have played a role in the accident.
The accident remains under investigation.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
