Elijah Roller and Brooke Wagner Injured in Sonora Car Accident at Stockton Road and Highway 108
Sonora, California (February 13, 2020) - Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle accident that left two drivers with minor injuries on Tuesday afternoon in Sonora.
On February 11, an accident was reported on Stockton Road and Highway 108 involving two vehicles.
A 2005 Land Rover driven by Brooke Wagner, 16, of Arnold, pulled out of the intersection into Highway 108. At the same time, Elijah Roller, 24 of Sonora, was heading westbound in a 1993 Jeep Cherokee. Roller struck the Land Rover on the side, according to the CHP.
Following the accident, Wagner and Roller suffered minor injuries.
Authorities closed the lanes after the crash. The roadway was reopened after about 10 minutes.
An investigation is underway.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
