At Least 1 Sustains Minor Injuries in Sacramento Car Crash at Old Placerville Road and Happy Lane
Sacramento, California (February 17, 2020) – A traffic collision involving two vehicles in the area of Old Placerville Road and Happy Lane on Wednesday night resulted in minor injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At least one person sustained minor injuries, possibly after a Kia Plentong, and a maroon Chevrolet four-door collided at the Sacramento intersection shortly before 7:18 p.m. on February 12.
Medical personnel responded at the crash site shortly after 7:18 p.m. and rendered aid to all victims involved in the mishap.
The identity and the current condition of the patient has not yet been released to this time.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to identify the cause of the accident.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
