Carmen Castillo ID’d as Man Killed in Corona Pedestrian Accident on Sixth Street at Crawford Street
Corona, California (February 16, 2020) – Authorities have identified the man who was struck and killed by a vehicle early Saturday morning on Sixth Street in Corona as Carmen Castillo, 35, of Corona.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at around 12:25 a.m. Saturday, February 15 on Sixth Street at Crawford Street.
Authorities said Castillo was struck by a vehicle while he was walking across Sixth Street at Crawford Street.
Castillo was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
The Corona Police Department is investigating the accident. Anyone with information about the crash is urged to call the police at 951-817-5784.
