Ventura Bicycle Accident on Topaz Avenue Injured an 11-Year-Old Boy
Ventura, California (February 14, 2020) – Detectives are investigating the cause of a bicycle crash that happened on Thursday, February 13 in Ventura.
Officials said an 11-year-old boy was transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries after he was hit by a vehicle in the 1800 block of Topaz Avenue for unknown reasons.
The vehicle was reportedly traveling on a private road of a condominium complex at the time of the collision.
The identity and the current condition of the patient have not yet been released to this time.
The involved driver stopped after hitting the boy and cooperated with the law.
The accident remains under an active investigation.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Bicycle accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
