1 Hospitalized after Beaumont Bicycle Accident at Oak Valley Parkway and Palmer Avenue
Beaumont, California (February 18, 2020) – A bicyclist was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle Monday morning at an intersection in Beaumont, according to a local news source.
The crash happened at about 10:47 a.m. Monday, February 17 at the intersection of Oak Valley Parkway and Palmer Avenue.
Authorities said the bicyclist was hit by a vehicle at the Beaumont intersection.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and found the bicyclist suffering from major injuries. Paramedics took the patient to a local hospital for treatment.
The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
No other details about the crash were given.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
