CHP Investigating Saratoga Head-on Crash on Congress Springs Road at Skyline Boulevard
Saratoga, California (February 18, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a head-on crash that happened on February 17 at a curve in Highway 9, where Congress Springs Road and Big Basin Way intersect.
At least three victims were hospitalized after three SUVs collided head-on at the intersection at approximately 12:35 p.m. on Monday.
All injured victims were attended to by paramedics who arrived at the site shortly after the wreck.
At least one person was hospitalized at Valley Medical Center with major injuries sustained in the crash. Two other victims were transported to Kaiser Medical Center for further medication.
The investigation is underway.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
