1 Seriously Hurt in San Diego Collision on S. 43rd Street at Interstate 805
San Diego, California (February 3, 2020) - One driver was hospitalized with major injuries after a traffic crash involving multiple vehicles on Sunday afternoon in San Diego.
The incident took place on S. 43rd Street at the transition to Interstate 805 at around 2:20 p.m. February 2.
According to a local news source, a woman driving a Toyota Camry slammed into a stopped pickup truck on the transition. The pickup then collided with another vehicle.
The man driving the truck was transported to UCSD hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The Toyota driver declined to be taken to the hospital.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
