Linda Vista, California (February 27, 2020) - The Medical Examiner's Office has released the name of the man killed in a pedestrian crash late last year in Linda Vista, as Alan Bernard Robinson, 65, according to a police report.
The deadly crash was reported on Linda Vista Road about a block north of Mesa Collage Drive, on December 2, 2019, at around 10:25 p.m.

The San Diego Police said Robinson was walking eastbound mid-block and dressed in dark clothing when he was struck by a Ford Escape driven by a 28-year-old driver.

Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

The driver of the Ford remained at scene f the crash and cooperated with the police.

No arrest was made following the crash.

The investigation into the crash is still underway.
