Man Killed in Littlerock Pedestrian Accident on Avenue T near 94th Street East
Littlerock, California (February 15, 2020) – According to the California Highway Patrol, a 59-year-old Palmdale man was struck and killed by a vehicle on Thursday morning in Littlerock.
The male party was walking east on Avenue T when he was struck by a 2014 Chevrolet operated by Shilo Schopp of Littlerock east on Avenue T west of 94th Street East.
Due to the impact, the pedestrian went through the windshield of Schopp’s vehicle.
The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Schopp sustained minor cut injuries in the crash. He was attended to by American Medical Response personnel who were traveling through the area and then hospitalized at Palmdale Regional Medical Center.
Neither drugs nor alcohol were suspected factors in the accident. An investigation into the crash is underway.
