2 Seriously Hurt in San Diego Car Accident at Interstate 5 and Interstate 8
San Diego, California (February 7, 2020) – Three persons were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash on Thursday morning in San Diego, according to authorities.
The accident occurred on southbound Interstate 5 at the junction of Interstate 8.
At around 11:30 a.m. February 6, the police said at least three vehicles were involved in the accident.
A black car was reportedly seen flying off from eastbound Interstate 8 before crashing into vehicles on southbound Interstate 5.
Three people were extricated from the wreckage by emergency crews and were taken to a hospital for treatment. Two of the patients were seriously injured.
A White SUV with government plates and at least two victims in military uniform were seen at the scene.
All lanes were re-opened by 3:15 p.m.
An investigation is underway.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
