Two LAPD Officers, One Civilians Injured in Los Angeles Car Accident at Vernon Avenue and Broadway
Los Angeles, California (February 2, 2020) – Three people, including police officers, were injured early Saturday morning in a traffic accident in South Park, Los Angeles, according to a local news source.
The crash took place at around 12:40 a.m. Saturday, February 1 at the intersection of Vernon Avenue and Broadway.
The California Highway Patrol said the officers were responding to a car accident in the area of 54th Street and Broadway when, for an unknown reason, they collided with another vehicle.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, one occupant of the civilian vehicle and two officers were transported to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.
The names and conditions of the patients at this time were not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
