CHP Investigating Malibu Car Accident on Pacific Coast Highway near Sycamore Canyon Road
Malibu, California (February 4, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a minor injury traffic collision that took place in the area between Mugu Rock and Neptune’s Net in Malibu at about 3:26 p.m. on February 3.
The multi-vehicle accident happened on Monday afternoon, along Pacific Coast Highway just south of Sycamore Canyon Road.
The circumstances that lead to the collision of the three vehicles along the highway were not immediately disclosed at the time of the report. Two of the automobiles involved acquired major front-end damage upon the impact.
Paramedics, along with fire department officials, responded to the scene shortly after the wreck and extricated at least one person who was trapped inside the wreckage.
Two people were hospitalized with minor injuries sustained in the accident.
The identities and the current condition of the patients have not yet been released.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
