Minor Injury Napa DUI Car Accident at Lincoln and Soscol Avenues
Napa, California (February 18, 2020) – 46-year-old Napa resident Christine Rupple was arrested and booked into the Napa County jail on suspicion of causing injury by DUI on Saturday evening in Napa.
The accident involved a vehicle driven by Rupple toward the intersection of Lincoln and Soscol avenues and another vehicle of unspecified type.
Rupple, who was intoxicated, slammed into the second vehicle while crossing a median at the intersection on February 15, shortly after 7:00 p.m.
Medical personnel responded at the scene shortly after the accident and attended to an occupant riding in the second vehicle. The victim was confirmed to have suffered minor injuries in the wreck.
More details about the accident will be released immediately after the completion of the investigation.
According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice.
Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.
