One Dies in Bay Point Multi-Vehicle Collision on State Highway 4 near Bailey Road
Bay Point, California (February 9, 2020) - A traffic collision early Sunday morning left one person dead and closed multiple lanes of eastbound State Highway 4 in Bay Point, according to the CHP.
The wreck happened just east of Bailey Road a while before 2:09 a.m.
According to the CHP report, multiple vehicles were involved in the collision. Details on what caused the crash were not immediately available.
A person was pronounced deceased following the wreck.
No further details were released.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
