Man Injured in Victorville Pedestrian Accident at 7th and Victor Streets
Victorville, California (April 22, 2020) – A man was hospitalized after getting struck by a vehicle in Victorville Monday evening, authorities said.
The man, whose name was not immediately disclosed, was at the intersection of 7th and Victor Street when a gold-colored 1998 Toyota Camry struck him at around 6:46 p.m. Monday, April 20.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and found the male pedestrian down in the roadway. He was transported to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Authorities said the pedestrian was carrying a couple of bags when the accident occurred.
The female driver of the Camry stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. Her vehicle sustained major windshield damage as a result of the crash.
The Victorville Police Department deputies asked anyone who witnessed the crash to call them at 760-241-2911.
