Lexus Sedan and Semi-Truck Involved in Fatal Pleasanton Car Accident on 680 Freeway
Pleasanton, California (April 20, 2020) – The Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau has identified 21-year-old Joshua Nampraseut and 22-year-old Jeremi Hanks as the two victims who died after being ejected from their car in the area of Pleasanton early Friday morning.
As per the California Highway Patrol report, a 1996 Lexus sedan was traveling southbound on Interstate 680 Freeway, near Bernal Avenue when, for unknown reasons, it rear-ended a semi-truck at approximately 2:16 a.m. April 17.
Both Nampraseut and Hanks, who were not wearing seatbelts, were ejected from their car upon the impact.
Sadly, the two men were pronounced deceased at the crash site.
There were no other victims hurt following the wreck.
